  Gus, you are amazing and the best! Your hospitality is like nothing I've ever experienced, and your pizza (especially that delicious imported cheese), dried lamb, metaxa, and ouzo will be remembered by me until old age. Thank you so much for the wonderful memories! My father and I visited you with Bruce Murdoch many years ago, and my mother shortly after. We will always remember you and your food.

  Amazing pizza, great service, and good ambiance. The pizza is just the right combo of the crispy crust, and the generous cheese. A wonderful pizza dining experience.

  Friendly staff good atmosphere. For the price the food didn't deliver the GUSto. Don't get me wrong it wasn't a bad slice but the dough was lacking though the toppings weren't. Spaghetti was bland and the meatballs had to much carb filler. The French onion soup lacked the proper carmilizing of the onions leaving the soup with a more raw onion flavour then a French onion flavour. They did deliver the cheese so all and all not a bad meal. Would I return maybe but I'd check out a few other spots before I'd be back.

  We are a group of out of town visitor looking for a bite and decided to see what yelp had to offer in the town. From the outside, it looked like a run down restaurant but not to stereotype we went in and were sat down fairly promptly. The menu was not coherent, consisting everything thing they can think of. The service was alright but the food was not subpar. Pasta was over cooked, meats was bland and soggy and the pizza was difficult to eat. Overall everything was very overpriced and I would not recommend eating here.

  Traveling in Alberta a few days ago...stopped in a local coffee shop and asked where the best pizza in Hinton could be found...Gus' she said. Not much to be seen from the outside but I had the absolute best Caesar Salad I've ever had and the pizza was equally as good! And, they like their hockey!
